1. How can I avail Super Card Offer?
You can avail Super Card Offer by visiting nearest Ufone Franchise, Customer Services Centre or Retailer, buying a Ufone Super Card and loading it in your account. Process of loading the Super Card is similar to regular scratch cards i.e. by dialing 123 or by sending an SMS to *123*14 digit code#. You can also avail this offer through ULoad. While availing Super Card Offer through ULoad, please make sure you tell the retailer beforehand you would like to avail the Super Card Offer.

2. Can this offer be availed via ULoad?
Yes, please make sure you tell the retailer you would like to avail the “Super Card Offer” via Uload, before he Uloads in your account.

3. Is there any package restriction for the offer?
NO. This offer is available on ALL prepaid packages.

4. Are there any call setup or any other additional charges for using this offer?
No, there are no call setup, additional or any other hidden charges for this offer.

5. Are there any daily deductions/subscription charges while using this offer?
No, there are no daily deductions or subscription charges while you use this offer. However, this does not apply to offers/ buckets subscribed other than Super Card Offer.

6. By recharging Super Card, how much balance is given?
No balance will be given. Customers will be given 1000 minutes for Ufone, PTCL & Vfone, 150 minutes for all other local mobile networks, 1000 SMS for all local networks and 1000 MB Mobile Internet for 2G and 3G customers.

7. If account is recharged by Rs.500 through normal procedure, what is the process of availing this offer?
Super Card Offer can only be availed by loading Super Card or through ULoad whereby you inform the retailer in advance that you would like to avail the Super Card Offer.

8. What is the difference between regular scratch cards and Super Card?
Regular scratch cards give you balance. However, with Super Card instead of balance you will get 1000 minutes for Ufone, PTCL & Vfone, 150 minutes for all other local mobile networks, 1000 SMS for all local networks and 1000 MB Mobile Internet for 2G and 3G customers.

9. What amount of tax will be deducted upon loading Super Card?
Rs. 499 is the face value of the card and it INCLUDES of all taxes. There will be NO other DEDUCTIONS upon loading this offer.

11. Is there any special subscription code to be dialed to subscribe this offer?
No code is required. Customers will NOT have to dial any special USSD code, rather just recharge normally by dialing 123 from IVR or through *123* before the 14 digit code

12. What happens if you recharge Super Card multiple times?
If Super Card Offer is subscribed multiple times, validity of the offer will be 30 days from the last subscription.

13. What will happen with my previous balance of minutes, SMS and MB’s if I load the offer again within 30 days?
Upon multiple subscriptions, the resource (Minutes/SMS/MBs) will be accumulated (resource validity will be extended by 30 days as well).

14. What is the speed of Internet in the offer?
Speed of Mobile Internet in this offer is 1Mbps for 3G customers. Standard speeds will apply for 2G customers.

15. What happens when one of the resources given in Super Card expires?
When one of the resources (either minutes, SMS or Mobile Internet MBs) expires, the particular resource that has expired will be charged as per the customer’s tariff plan. However, the remaining resources will continue to be available.

16. Will the customers be notified upon full consumption of a resource in the offer?
Subscriber of Super Card Offer will be notified on 95% consumption of On-net mins, Off-net mins, SMS and MB.

17. Will the customers be notified upon expiry of the offer?
Subscriber will also be sent expiry notification on 29th & 30th Day of Super Card subscription.

18. What is the process of checking remaining resources in the offer?
For checking remaining minutes, SMS & Mobile Internet MBs, please dial *706#.

19. In case customers load balance on top of subscribing to Super Card Offer, will that balance be consumed first or Super Card Offer will be consumed first?
In case customers buys normal airtime along with the Super Card Offer, the resources allotted in Super Card Offer will be consumed before consumption of the balance in the customer account.

20. Can customers activate any Internet and SMS buckets along with Super Card Offer?
Yes customers can activate other Internet and SMS buckets along with the Super Card Offer provided he/ she sufficient balance

21. What is the validity of Super Card Offer?
30 Days from the date of subscription.

24. What is the charging pulse of minutes allotted in the offer?
Charging Pulse is 1 minute (60 sec)

25. Can the awarded minutes/ SMS and MB’s be transferred to any other mobile number?
